Lindsay Lohan Gets Served


...with a subpoena that is. Lindsay was walking a red carpet when someone in a crowd of autograph seekers handed her a court document instead of an 8x10 glossy or scrapbook.

The starlet reportedly attempted to confront the individual who was eager to leave, as they usually are in these circumstances.

Lindsay's mom is facing fraud charges in Nevada.

Lindsay has been spotted socializing with wealthy phrase coiner Brandon Davis. That is strange, given his obscene late night tirade. Maybe Brandon is on step 9 of 12.
