Is it Possible that Lindsay is Just a Bad Driver?

After a second car crash just blocks from where the first one took place almost 4 months to the day, Lindsay Lohan is once again claiming to be the victim of paparazzi stalking. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries, but Lohan cannot be totally unaccountable for this latest crash. Witnesses say she had to have been driving 50-60 mph on a street where traffic was normally at a crawl (the whole thing brings to mind a family in-joke stemming from my stepchild's repeated claim "a toddler did it").
