Lindsay To Testify At Parent's Divorce Trial

Lindsay Lohan is expected to appear in her parents' divorce court as a key witness.

The trial in State Supreme Court in Nassau County began yesterday with Lindsay's father Michael Lohan, and mother Dina Lohan arriving with their attorneys.

Michael Lohan is suing for a cut of the millions of dollars earned by his famous daughter. However, mom, Dina Lohan, wants full custody of her children, alimony and one (M) million dollars in damages.
