Less than a week after she was released from a hospital, Lindsay was spotted smoking and drinking — reportedly tequila-based Kamikazes — and dancing the night away.

Ok, I think we've established that Lindsay Lohan does not want the job of role model. I think the smoking in public is a poor business decision as well as being just plain stupid.
